Today we are launching Wellbeing Wednesday, a weekly source of information on how to better our physical and mental health.

This week we talk about T-Cup, a daily reflection app to help users better understand how to track and adapt to triggers to improve their health, happiness and success.

With 2021 comes a chance at a new start, and this year we are revising and pushing our agenda towards bettering mental and physical health within the workplace.
