G4S Investigation Solutions (UK) Ltd, trading as The Cotswold Group is the UK’s leading supplier of investigation solutions to the UK insurance industry and we are seeking Case Managers to join our team based at our Goudhurst Office.
As a Case Manager, you will be required to liaise with Field Investigators, you will proactively manage the investigation process, carrying out desktop enquiries/interviews as appropriate to provide a seamless investigation process to our high profile client. As a multi skilled member of Desktop Investigations you will also review open source information to build a picture of the potential fraud risk posed.
You will be required to effectively manage all in scope instruction types on a daily basis meeting Client Service Level Agreements as part of the investigation. You will manage your tasks through our bespoke management system ensuring a prompt and effective service is provided. Ideally you will have an appreciation of policy cover types, DPA awareness, along with other relevant insurance claims activities.
The successful candidate will:
Be proactive in dealing with their caseload & remain flexible to meet the demands of the role.
Display positive behavioural indicators to clients and colleagues.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent telephone manner is a must.
Full training will be provided; however previous experience is preferential.
Salary from £17,500 per annum, depending on experience.
This office-based role will include late working which is organised on a rota basis, so flexibility is essential to the success of the team.
