G4S Investigation Solutions (UK) Ltd, trading as The Cotswold Group, is the UK’s leading supplier of investigation solutions to the UK insurance industry. Due to significant expansion, we are seeking experienced desk based Fraud Investigators to join ourHousehold/Property/Motor Theft/Pet Fraud Teams in various locations including our offices in Tewkesbury, Manchester or Goudhurst. Home working will be considered for the right candidate.

Desk Investigators are required to plan and conduct detailed end to end counter fraud investigations into a range of household, pet, and motor theft claims. You will be in regular telephone and email contact with our insurer clients and their policyholders so excellent communication skills and telephone manner are a must.

The role will also involve regular use of both telephone and video interview platforms, through which you will be conducting live video interviews with insurer clients policyholders.

You will proactively manage the investigation process, carrying out enquiries/interviews as appropriate to provide a seamless investigation process to the client and their policyholders.

You will be required to effectively manage all instruction types on a daily basis meeting Client Service Level Agreements as part of the investigation. You will manage your tasks through our bespoke management system ensuring a prompt and effective service is provided.

The successful candidate will:

Have proven experience of handling insurance claims or similar.
Have previous experience of Desktop Investigations.
Previous experience handling Household/Commercial Property/Motor Theft claims is desirable.
Be proactive in dealing with their caseload & remain flexible to meet the demands of the role.
Display positive behavioural indicators to clients and colleagues.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent telephone manner is a must.

Details:

Full training will be provided but insurance claims or investigative experience is essential.
This a full time (37.5hrs/week) position

Salary up to £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
