Fraud Case Managers

We are seeking Case Manager's to join our Fraud team based in both our Head Office in Tewkesbury and our office in Manchester.

As a Case Manager, you will be required to assess and plan the actions necessary to compile and complete a thorough investigation into a motor insurance claim. You will be in regular telephone contact with colleagues, our insurer clients and their policy holders. You will proactively manage the investigation process, carrying out enquiries/interviews as appropriate to provide a seamless investigation process to the client and their policyholders.

You will be required to effectively manage all in scope instruction types on a daily basis meeting Client Service Level Agreements as part of the investigation. You will manage your tasks through our bespoke management system ensuring a prompt and effective service is provided. Ideally you will have an appreciation of policy cover types, DPA awareness, along with other relevant insurance claims activities.

The successful candidate will:

Be proactive in dealing with their caseload & remain flexible to meet the demands of the role.

Display positive behavioural indicators to clients and colleagues.

Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent telephone manner is a must.

Details:

Full training will be provided - experience handling Fraud & Theft claims preferred but not essential.

This office based role will include late working which is organised on a rota basis, so flexibility is essential to the success of the team.

Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and company sick pay.

Salary from £17-25k  depending on role/experience.
