Fraud & Liability Case Managers

We are seeking Case Managers, to be based at our Head Office in Tewkesbury.

The role: As a Case Manager, you will be required to liaise with Field Investigators, you will proactively manage the investigation process, carrying out desktop enquiries/video and telephone based interviews as appropriate to provide a seamless investigation process to our high profile client.  

You will be required to effectively manage all in scope instruction types on a daily basis meeting Client service level agreements as part of the investigation. You will manage your tasks through our bespoke management system ensuring a prompt and effective service is provided.  You will have an appreciation of policy cover types, DPA awareness, along with other relevant insurance claims activities.  A household and/or pet insurance claims handling background would be advantageous.  Experience of cognitive interview techniques and desk based fraud investigation is desirable.

The successful candidate will:

Be proactive in dealing with their caseload & remain flexible to meet the demands of the role.
Display positive behavioural indicators to clients and colleagues.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent telephone manner is a must.

Salary from £17,500 per annum, depending on experience.
