Successful applicants must be enthusiastic and have the ability to maintain good work output in a busy environment. You should have the skills to edit video footage in line with written logs, produce still photos, upload compressed HD footage and convert to a usable format. High level of accuracy and good attention to detail is essential to achieve set targets. You should possess current knowledge of editing processes and products and have competent computer skills to perform this role.  

This fulltime position will include the management, development and maintenance of the Surveillance function. You will oversee operations to ensure client instruction and key performance targets are met and quality requirements maintained. You will report directly to the Operations Director, providing weekly reports regarding the operational effectiveness of the department. You will be expected to develop and maintain the in-house training functions for the surveillance department ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Commercial awareness is key when preparing the department for challenges in an expanding market. Excellent management skills, attention to detail and a strong knowledge of surveillance techniques are essential to fulfilling this role.
